  • Behavioral resilience is the ability to maintain healthy habits and engage in positive behaviors even when faced with difficult circumstances. It helps people to remain physically active, eat a healthy diet, and avoid risky behaviors even when faced with challenging situations or environments.
  • Emotional resilience is the ability to regulate emotions, manage stress, and maintain positive outlooks in spite of challenges. It helps people to remain emotionally stable and optimistic even when faced with difficult circumstances.

How to Develop Resilience

Resilience is the ability to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. It is a key characteristic of successful people, and can be developed through practice.
